When tiny puppy Sally arrived at her new home, she was in dire straits.

Suffering from severe pneumonia, she could barely breathe on her own and was placed in a small oxygen chamber that became her entire world.

The caretakers initially thought she would only need the oxygen for a week or two, but Sally’s condition required her to stay in the bubble much longer.

As the weeks passed, the caretakers began a daily routine of taking Sally out of the bubble for short periods to help strengthen her lungs.

As she grew stronger and larger, they built a bigger oxygen chamber from a plexiglass kennel, allowing her to run and exercise while still receiving the necessary oxygen.

Through this careful, incremental process, Sally steadily regained her health and vitality.

One pivotal day, after spending more and more time outside of the bubble, Sally simply chose not to go back in.

Her caretakers knew she was finally ready to live without the oxygen support that had sustained her.

Sally was adopted by one of her caretaker’s co-workers, Bonnie, who had been there for her entire remarkable journey.

In her new home, Sally met other dogs and children and began to experience all the things she had missed out on, like playing in the grass, going for walks, and visiting stores.

The video concludes with the caretakers expressing their joy at seeing Sally healthy and thriving in her new home, a true comeback story.
